Established in 1963, Ski Club Vail hosted its inaugural Rocky Mountain Ski Association race, giving rise to the Vail Cup. After more than 50 years, the Vail Cup has evolved into a fun series of on-hill events hosted by Ski & Snowboard Club Vail. This family-friendly competition on Vail Mountain is open to the public for children 14 and under born in 2011 or later, welcoming both skiers and snowboarders.
